Blackstock Music Group is a small, sound-first publishing house run by Grammy-winning producers. We do not run an open application process right now — but we always want to know about talented people building things that last.

Blackstock works at the intersection of production, publishing, and education. We build catalog with artists and producers we believe in, license that catalog through sync and leasing channels, and teach the craft through the PRDCR program family. Everything we do comes back to two ideologies: Quality and Purpose.

We compete on craft. The records that last sound a certain way because someone in the room had standards. We hire people who can hear the difference.
Artist-first, not market-first.
We build catalogs by working with real artists making real music — not by reverse-engineering trends. The work is what carries the brand, not the other way around.
Operators, not theorists.
Everyone here ships. We're not a place that talks about doing the work — we're a place where people do it. If you need permission to start, this isn't the fit.
Small, then good, then big.
We grow slowly on purpose. The team stays close to the work because the work is what people are buying. Scale is a consequence, not a goal.
